Return and Exchange Policy

Returns:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product, in which case we will cover the cost.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges primarily for issues related to the size of the product.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, except in cases where the item is defective.
• If you receive a defective item, we will replace it at no additional charge to you.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
